QR codes in libraries.

Digitization 101: NYLA11: QR codes in libraries.  This is part of a Blog related to the ‘creation, management, marketing and preservation of digital assets’.  Amazing!  Only last Friday at an Ed Qld. workshop lead by Judy O’Connell (managed by Kim Johnson and Nicola Price) – there was a little competition using QR codes – so lots of us downloaded the free app onto phones and participated.  Then today, a tweet that Lyn Hay sent through to alert us to the #switch2011 twitter feed from the Sydney conference.  It showed how impressed some participants are with how the Powerhouse Museum is using the QR codes the connect the virtual to the physical and expand the visitors experience.
